Aston Martin DBS Superleggera
2018-2023 · Aston Martin DBS Superleggera — Grand Tourer, V12 Twin-Turbo, designed by Marek Reichman.
The Story
The DBS Superleggera was Aston’s brawny super-GT flagship (2018-2023), sitting above the DB11 with the 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 wound to 715 bhp and 664 lb-ft. It revived two storied names – DBS and ‘Superleggera’ (Carrozzeria Touring’s lightweight coachbuilding term) – in a carbon-bodied, 211-mph grand tourer.
It earned fresh Bond stripes when agent Nomi (Lashana Lynch) drove one in No Time to Die (2021). The line bowed out with the 759 bhp DBS 770 Ultimate (2023) – 499 cars, the most powerful series-production Aston V12 of its day – before the Vanquish name returned as flagship in 2024.

Studio Motors POV
The last naturally-charismatic Aston super-GT before the Vanquish revival – brutal, beautiful and Bond-approved. The 770 Ultimate is the one history will remember.

Studio Buyer’s Brief
The DBS 770 Ultimate (499 units) is the collector’s pick and the most potent; the 50-car OHMSS anniversary edition (olive green) is the Bond grail. On a standard car check carbon-ceramic brakes, clutch-pack/tyre health and carbon-body paint. Volante softens the GT character; the coupe is purer.
