Lamborghini Temerario
2025–present · Lamborghini Temerario — Supercar, V8 Twin-Turbo, designed by Mitja Borkert.
The Story
The Huracán is dead; long live the Temerario. Revealed in August 2024 at Monterey, it replaces Lamborghini’s best-selling model and tears up the recipe that made it. Out goes the beloved naturally-aspirated V10; in comes an all-new twin-turbo 4.0-litre flat-plane V8 — internal code L411 — that screams to a 10,250 rpm redline, making the Temerario the first Lamborghini ever to rev past 10,000 rpm. Add three electric motors and a Revuelto-derived plug-in hybrid system and the total is 907 hp, 0–62 mph in 2.7s, and over 210 mph.
Named, like its forebears, after a fighting bull — Temerario means ‘reckless’ or ‘daring’ — it’s aimed squarely at the Ferrari 296. Crucially, the flat-plane V8 is a clean-sheet Lamborghini engine, NOT the Urus’s VW-Group turbo unit, while the hybrid hardware is shared with the V12 Revuelto. Launch cars wear Blu Marinus or Verde Mercurius.
The enthusiast jury feared the worst from a downsized, turbocharged, electrified ‘baby’ Lambo — and came away converted. Edmunds called it ‘the quickest supercar we’ve ever tested’; Hagerty said it ‘feels like a true Lamborghini’ and defies the hybrid stigma. A successor on paper; a revolution in the metal.

Studio Motors POV
The Temerario is the most important new Lamborghini in a decade — proof the junior line can go turbo-hybrid without losing the plot. We’re watching launch allocations closely; the hero-colour, well-optioned early cars are the ones to secure.

Owners & what to look for
Famous Owners
Too new for documented owners (deliveries from 2025). (We don’t guess owners.)
Studio Buyer’s Brief
Brand-new with 2025 deliveries; the early market will favour launch-spec cars in Blu Marinus / Verde Mercurius with desirable options. As the first turbo-hybrid ‘baby’ Lambo, first-year build quality and software maturity are worth watching. For now it’s a buy-to-enjoy, not a flip.
