Lamborghini Aventador SVJ
2018–2021 · Lamborghini Aventador SVJ — Supercar, V12, designed by Mitja Borkert.
The Story
The SVJ is the Aventador at its wildest and most focused. The badge stands for SuperVeloce Jota — and ‘Jota’ is the rarest honour in Lamborghini’s lexicon, reserved for its most extreme, homologation-bred specials since the one-off 1970 Miura Jota. Here it means 759 hp from the 6.5-litre V12, ALA 2.0 active aero borrowed and amplified from the Huracán Performante, and the lightest, hardest-edged Aventador ever built.
The statement lap came before the car was even unveiled: on 26 July 2018, Marco Mapelli lapped the Nürburgring in 6:44.97, beating the Porsche 911 GT2 RS by roughly two seconds to take the production-car record. In the turbo-hybrid age, a naturally-aspirated V12 flagship was still the fastest thing around the Green Hell.
Limited to 900 coupés — plus a 63-unit ‘SVJ 63’ marking Lamborghini’s 1963 founding and an SVJ Roadster — it’s the last and greatest of the pure Aventadors. evo called it ‘old-school in the best possible way,’ and meant it as the highest compliment.

Studio Motors POV
The SVJ is the high-water mark of the naturally-aspirated V12 supercar — the fastest, hardest, last great Aventador. We treat it as a future blue-chip: the one to own is a documented, low-mileage car in a launch-hero colour, ideally an SVJ 63.

Provenance
Owners & what to look for
Famous Owners
No individual owner is firmly documented in this pass; the SVJ is a collector-held halo. The 63-unit ‘SVJ 63’ special edition commemorates Lamborghini’s 1963 founding. (We don’t guess celebrity owners.)
Studio Buyer’s Brief
The SVJ is the blue-chip Aventador — the 63 ‘SVJ 63’ cars and the Roadster command the strongest premiums. Launch-hero colours (Verde Alceo, Grigio Acheso), low delivery miles and full documentation drive value; watch for track damage and ALA faults. This is the Aventador to hold.
