Designed by Porsche Motorsport (Weissach). The modern high-revving NA 4.0 ‘GT’ engine — the Mezger-GT3 successor: individual throttle bodies, dry sump, ~9,000 rpm. MA1.76 (991 GT3 / GT3 RS / 911 R / Speedster) and MA2.75 (992 GT3 / GT3 RS / S-T and the 718 GT4 RS / Spyder RS). 500 PS (991) → 525 PS (992 GT3 RS). FLAG: no single named designer.
